This is my Soy Ginger Flavored Smoked Beef Jerky.
Marinated in a soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lime, and cilantro marinade. Smoked for 4-5 hrs at 165 degrees (for 2hrs) and 185 (for 1hr) and then back to 165 (for 1-2hrs).
Prepping the Jerky and getting it bagged up to marinade for 8-12 hrs.
